A Comparative Study Of Double-bundle Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction With Single-bundle Reconstruction

Objectives Contrast Arthroscopic autologous gracilis tendon and semitendinosustendon and double-bundle reconstruction of single-bundle anterior cruciate ligamentreconstruction clinical effect.Methods Select from May2012to May2013,50cases of patients with anteriorcruciate ligament injury in Arthroscopic autologous gracilis tendon and semitendinosustendon anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction using the Endo-Button and interventionsuspension screw fixation; Groups were established double-bundle and single-bundlereconstruction reconstruction group.Double-bundle reconstruction group of27patients,18males and9females; aged (25.18±2.59) years old; movement causes damage in21cases, six cases of traffic accidents resulting in injury.Single-bundle reconstruction groupof23patients,16males and7females; aged (27.38±3.98) years old; movement causesdamage in18cases,5cases of traffic accidents resulting in injury.According to Lysholmknee score, IKDC2000subjective knee function score and Lachman test, pivot shift testevaluated.Results Double-bundle reconstruction group and single-bundle reconstruction surgerygroup were followed up for at least12months.Lysholm score: double-bundlereconstruction group increased from49.32±7.82to95.09±2.32, single-bundlereconstruction group increased from48.69±6.79to94.18±2.42; IKDC score: double-bundle reconstruction group improved from39.81±5.01to96.10±3.40, single-bundlereconstruction group improved from40.23±5.13to95.70±3.10;there was no significantdifference between the two groups(P>0.05). Patients in both groups had one case ofgrade I Lachman test positive pivot shift test was positive in one case, the difference wasnot statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Ligaments are a reliable method of pre-treating cruciate ligament injurybefore double-bundle reconstruction and single-bundle reconstruction crossover clinicaleffects of two surgical methods no significant difference.
