Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of diabetes in pancreatic cancer was analyzed retrospectively.Methods:select the affiliated hospital of Qingdao university between 2007.01-2016.01 ninetyeight people were diagnosed with diabetes mellitus,including 61 malesd and 37 females,with an average age of(63.89±11.32)years.The control group:at the same time,there were 123 cases of non-tumor,non-digestive and non-hormonal metabolic abnormalities in our hospital(trauma,pneumonia,upper respiratory tract infection,coronary heart disease).There were 57 males and 43 females,with an average age of(60.15±12.27)years,and the control age group matched the gender and case group.To analyze the relations between the pancreatic cancer,diabetes mellitus and diabetic alone,and the age,gender and other related factors in diabetes and diabetic pure causality between pancreatic cancer.Pancreatic cancer patients with diabetes mellitus,a total of 98 people,were retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 98 patients with diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,according to the results of pathology and the imaging examination,by comparing statistical methods pancreatic cancer,diabetes mellitus and pure diabtes patiengts in age,sex,body mass index,high blood pressure,smoking history,and the correlation of factors such as the duration of diabetes.Results:Inpathology and the imaging results are basically a definitive diagonosis of pancreatic cnacer patients,the sex ratio is 1.65:1,the average age of(63.89±11.32)years,accoding to the difference analysis on the patients with different variables,patients can be divided into age,geder,body mass index,high blood pressure,smoking history,history of dringking,several variables such as duration of diabetes.Diabetic patients with pancreatic cancer at an average of(63.89±11.32)years,the average age of the patients with diabetes along for(60.15±12.27)years,by statistical analysis,age are independent risk factors of diabetic patients with pancreatic cancer.According to high blood pressure have divided the patients into pancreatic cancer,diabetes mellitus andhypertension group,and pancreatic cancer group and simple diabtes group and diabetes combined with diabetes mellitus group of pancreatic cancer,according to the statistical methods that hypertension is not independentrisk factors for diabetes patients with pancreatic cancer.Patients whether smoking should be divided into smoking group and non-smoking group,at the same time it can be divided into pure diabetes and diabetic group,pancreatic cance,according to statistics method,smoking is not independent risk factors for diabetes patients with pancreatic cancer.Will be whether it can be divided into drinking group and do not drink,at the same time it can be divided into pure diabetes and diabetic group,pancreatic cancer,according to statistics,drinking is not independent risk factors for diabetes patients with pancreatic cancer.Patients with diabetes were divided into two groups in 2 years.According to statistical analysis,the course of disease was an independent risk factor for pancreatic cancer in diabetic patients.The patients were divided into two groups according to the body mass index.According to the statistical method,the P value was <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Patients respectively according to the average value of low density lipoprotein cholesterol and white blood cells in classification,it is concluded that the P value is about 0.05,the difference is not statistically significant,according to the patient with high density lipoprotein numerical classicication,according to the statistical method,P value<0.05,the differences has statistical significance.Conclusion:a.According to different statistical methods,age is an independent risk factor for the evolution of diabetes into pancreatic cnacer,Pvalue 1.024<0.05.Furthermore,the risk of developing pancreatic cancer increased by 1.038 1 times for every year of age.b.Body mass index is an independent risk factors of diabetes evolved into pancreatic cancer,P value 0.00 is less than 0.05,an additional unit,body mass index further evolved into diabetes risk of pancreatic cancer will increase 1.359 times.c.Blood giucose,high-density lipoprotein is not a factor in the evalution of diabetes into pancreatic cancer,and P value is greater than 0.05.d.Course is an independent risk factor of diabetes evolution for pancreatic cancer,P value =0.024<0.05,futher,greater than or equal to 2years of disease duration evolved into the possibility of pancreatic cancer is course of less than 7.523 times of 2 years.
