Objective: To compare the assessment of partitioning gastrojejunostomy and traditional gastrojejunostomy in advanced gastric cancer with pyloric obstruction in patients with postoperative quality, provide the basis for clinical application.Method: Retrieved from January 1995 to June 2017 in English database by computer network: Pub Med,Embase,Cochrane library,Sinomed,Springer Link,Wiley 0nline Library, and in the Chinese database: China CNKI,VIP,Wan Fang formally published on partitioning gastrojejunostomy in advanced gastric cancer and Helicobacter literature stuck, the retrieved documents are classified according to the experimental design.By two people at the same time on the preliminary retrieval literature screening, jointly determine the inclusion and exclusion of literature;strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, will be obtained after screening randomized controlled trials(RCT)included in the study, the rest of the abandoned, for inclusion in the RCT document using the Cochrane tool of bias risk assessment independent literature quality evaluation. The extraction of relevant data, including general information, such as Literature: Literature author, publication year, included in the sample research literature, research literature type design, the implementation of the intervention measures and outcomes of literature study: two patients with operation time, bleeding volume, postoperative complication, anastomosis patients with leakage, postoperative exhaust time and hospitalization time etc..The analysis and inspection standards were formulated. The I2 statistics were used to test heterogeneity. The homogeneity of I2<75% was good, and the fixed effect model was adopted.I2>75% was homogenous, and the random utility model was adopted. The difference was statistically significant in P<0.05.Finally,the Rev Man5.3 software is used for statistical analysis to get the conclusion. Results: After screening and evaluation,a total of 7 randomized controlled trials(RCT)were included in the study,a total of 353 cases were collected, including partitioninggastrojejunostomy group 162 cases,191 cases in the control group. The Meta analysis showed that: compared with the traditional gastrojejunostomy, partitioning gastrojejunostomy incidence rate of postoperative complications, blood loss, anastomotic leakage had no significant difference(P > 0.05),but the postoperative hospitalization time and exhaust time of eating, separated group was significantly better than the traditional gastrojejunostomy operation time required less(P < 0.05).The operation time was prolonged(WMD = 24,95%CI:19.89 to 28.11,P<0.05).Conclusion: 1 compared with traditional gastrojejunostomy, partitioning gastrojejunostomy after surgery the patient's quality of life has improved, but the operation time has a certain extend.2,The application of partitioning gastrojejunostomy will need more randomized controlled trials of support.3.There are individual differences in specific clinical practice, and individualized treatment is also very important.
