Objective:To assess the Clinical effect of stentless laparascopic pyeloplasty for pediatric Uretero Pelvic Junction Obstruction(UPJO).Methods:Collected clinical data of 45 UPJO children underwent stentless laparascopic pyeloplasty from July 2015 to April 2016(Stentless group).Matched with D-J tube drainage(INS group)and urethral stent drainage(EXS group). The relevant clinical data were analyzed. Results:The postoperative hospital stay of Stentless group was longer than INS group[(8.64±3.13)d vs.(7.98±1.57)d,t=1.25,P=0.216];the mean operantion time of Stentless group was less than INSgroup[(98.39±18.02)min vs.(101.07±23.98)min,t=-0.66,P=0.51],and there were no significant differences in them. The postoperative urinary tract infection of Stentless group(3/45)was less than INS group(4/45),and there were no significant differences in them(x~2=0.155,P=0.500).Postoperative hematuria of Stentless group(5/45)was higher than INS group(4/45),and there were no significant differences in them(x~20.123,P=0.500).The postoperative urinary extravasation incidence of Stentless goup(13/45)was higher than the INS group(1/45)and there were significant differences in them(x~2=12.18,P=0.000).The postoperative hospital stay of Stentless group was less than EXS group[(8.64±3.18)d vs.(8.71±1.64)d,t=-0.148,P=0.88];the mean operantion time of Stentless group was less than EXS group[(98.39±18.02)min vs.(107.00±25.33)min,t=-1.97,P=0.06],and there were no significant differences in them.,There were nodifferences in the postoperative urinary tract infection of Stentless group(3/45)and EXS group(3/45).Postoperative hematuria of Stentless group(5/45)was less than EXS group(8/45),and there were no significant differences in them(x~2=0.809,P=0.275).The postoperative urinary extravasation incidence of Stentless goup(13/45)was higher than the EXS group(1/45)and there were significant differences in them(x~2=12.18,P=0.000).Long-time follow-up showed all children were asymptomatic and hydronephrosis were relieved in varying degreesConclusion:The stentless laparascopic pyeloplasty may increase the incidence of postoperative urinary extravasation, but does not affect the long-term effect. |
