| Objective : To investigate the efficacy and safety of disengaging spring coil assisted by LVIS stent in endovascular treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms.Methods : This clinical study was performed on 22 patients with intracranial wide neck aneurysms of the first affiliated hospital of chongqing medical university from September 2014 to September 2015.Hospitalized with its first general information collection,information related to the operation,when I left the hospital and follow-up data of postoperative 3-6,Raymond grading as aneurysms interventional surgery in the process of judging the aneurysm filling effect index,brother to lars prognostic score as LVIS stents index of embolization of intracranial aneurysm neck wide therapeutic effect.Results:Successful treatment of LVIS stent assisted embolization was performed on 22 patients with wideneck aneurysms.Raymond grade I embolization was 17 cases(77.3%),Raymond grade 1 embolization was 5cases(22.7%),The effective embolization rate was 100.00%.There were 2cases of ischemic complications(9.10%),including 1 patient with acute thrombosis during operation and 1 patient with acute thrombus after operation.In the follow-up period of 6~24 months,there were 19 cases(86.40%)in the good prognosis group(Glasgow prognostic score 4-5)Conclusion : LVIS stent assisted embolization is safe,reliable,the method can effectively prevent spring coil into the parent artery,at the same time,reach the role of blood flow to rebuild its parent,in the short term follow-up results showed that the method is of high rate of intraoperative immediate embolism,aneurysm recurrence postoperatively,the long-term curative effect more remains to be further follow-up,The possibility of the postoperative bleeding complications were not increased,The incidence of post-operative ischemia increased correspondingly,which was related to the high rate of metal coverage,the unsatisfactory position and the badly unfolding. |
