Objective: Analyze the magnetic resonance diffusion-weighted imaging, magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging and magnetic resonance spectroscopy imaging findings and laboratory data of uremic brain damage in order to find subclinical brain cell damage as soon as possible to provide the basis for the early treatment of brain damage in uremia.Methods:1.A total of 32 patients with uremia and 22 normal subjects were collected for routine MRI,DWI,DTI and MRS.2.The uremia patients into brain white matter degeneration mild and moderately severe group, the patients with uremia were measured and the ADC and FA values in the control group,Cho/Cr,NAA/Cr,LAC/Cr ratio, laboratory data collected at the same time.3.The differences in ADC,FA,Cho/Cr,NAA/Cr,and LAC/Cr between the mild, moderate and severe groups of white matter degeneration and the control group were compared.Differences in data.Results:1.There were statistically significant differences in the ADC and FA values between the bilateral frontal lobe,parieto-occipital lobe, basal ganglia, and semiovale center in the mild and moderate-to-severe white matter degeneration group and the control group.Mild white matter degeneration and middle There are also statistical differences between the ADC and FA values in the severe group. There was also a statistically significant difference in FA values between the mild, moderate and severe white matter degeneration groups and the control group.2.NAA / Cr in mild and moderate white matter degeneration group was significantly lower than that in control group,Cho / Cr and LAC / Cr were significantly higher than those in control group, with statistical significance.3.There was statistical difference between normal and white data of mild and severe white matter degeneration group.Blood pressure(systolic blood pressure)is a risk factor for the severity of white matter degeneration. Conclusion:Patients with uremia in the obvious symptoms of forebrain cell metabolism and nerve fiber damage has been the microstructure.MRS,DWI,DTI test can help early detection of subclinical brain cell damage, clarify the location and nature of brain injury in patients with uremia,to provide an objective basis for the quantification of uremic brain damage to further guide the treatment and prevention of complications.
