Objective:To sum up the lung cysts image characteristics in SLE patients and to determine its associated risk factors including clinical parameters,laboratory indicators and systemic involvement,thus providing a new way of thinking for the prevention and treatment of pulmonary involvements in SLE.Methods:1.Research subjects and grouping:From January 2015 to June 2017,81 SLE patients measured EBV/CMV infection tests,lung CT and were treatment at the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.All patients had a search for lung involvement using chest CT-scan and divided into cysts present group including 12 patients and no cysts present group including 69 patients.2.research methods: Eighty one patients had a search for lung involvement using chest CT-scan.All cysts were analyzed by one experienced radiologist.The basic information of SLE patients was recorded,including clinical symptoms,systemic involvements and clinical indicators.3.All the data were analysis by Statistical software of SPSS 24.0.Results: Twelve(14.8%)of the 81 patients developed lung cysts.Cysts number ranged from 1 to 29 and were often bilateral.The size ranged between 3 and 31 mm.Cysts were isolated or associated with other lesions.The age of cysts present group(48.33±7.69 years)was higher than no cysts present group(31.00(24.00)years,P<0.05).Smoking habits were similar in both groups.EBV/CMV infection were more frequently detected in patients with cysts(33.3% vs 8.7%,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.SLE patients can accompany by lung cysts,the occurrence rate was 14.8%.2.SLE patients with EBV/CMV-infected are prone to appear lung cysts.EBV/CMV infection may be paticipate the lung cysts formation in SLE patients.3.The age of cysts present group was higher than no cysts present group,the lung cysts formation may result from aging process.
