Objective:To analyze the onset,clinical manifestations,therapeutic effects,and progress of diagnosis and treatment of lung injury in children with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),Summarize the experience of treating and treating SLE and improve your understanding of SLE.Methods:Retrospective analysis of 2 cases of typical lung injury caused by systemic lupus erythematosus in children,Summarize the clinical features of the case,observe the treatment effect,track the prognosis,and review the relevant literature.Conclusion:SLE lung injury can occur during the first manifestation of the disease or during the diagnosis and treatment of SLE.Early detection,early diagnosis,early treatment,standardized treatment is very helpful for prognosis.Lung CT is of great value in the diagnosis of SLE lung injury.Currently,glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents(especially cyclophosphamide)are the main drugs for the treatment of SLE,Intravenous human immunoglobulin has a certain auxiliary effect on the treatment of SLE lung injury,Therapies such as plasma exchange and mesenchymal stem cells are gradually being used to treat refractory SLE.
