Objective: This article mainly discusses the correlation between anxiety and depression and inflammatory factors in heart failure patients with hyperuricemia.Methods:210 patients with heart failure were admitted to the first hospital of Hebei Medical University between November 2015 and December 2017.Based on the New York cardiac function classification(NYHA classification),Uric acid level,All patients with heart failure of III or IV,aged 18-80,were selected. The average age was 51.6 ± 14.5 years. After admission, the patients were selected for combined diseases, including coronary heart disease(CHD),dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM),diabetes(DM),and hypertension(HTN).According to the basic conditions of the patients, data were collected, including the names of the candidates, admission time, group time, age, body mass index(BMI),serum urea(BUN),blood uric acid(UA),blood creatinine(Cr),blood sugar, total bilirubin, total cholesterol, plasma type B natriuretic peptide(BNP),hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),etc..To collect LVEF and other indicators, the data were tested. To comply with the normal test,Pearson correlation test was used. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)were evaluated in patients with heart failure.According to the Hamilton Depression Scale, the total score of each item is more than 35.No less than 20 points, moderate or mild depression,no more than 8 points,no depression.According to the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, the total score of each item is more than 29,which can be considered as serious anxiety. Not less than 21 points, can be considered as more serious anxiety symptoms; No less than 14 points can be considered as anxiety exists;More than 7 points can be considered to exist anxiety;A total score of less than 7 can be considered to be free of anxiety. To investigate the correlation between serum hypersensitivity C-reactive protein and anxiety and depression in patients with heart failure and hyperuricemia.Results:1.There is a high proportion of anxiety and depression in patients with heart failure and hyperuricemia. In patients with heart failure accompanied by hyperuricemia, the proportion of severe anxiety was 6.2%,and the anxiety was 20.9%.There must be 28.6% of anxiety and 24.8% of anxiety symptoms. The presence of mild to moderate depression was 15.7%.2.In patients with heart failure accompanied by hyperuricemia, the higher the level of hypersensitivity C protein, the higher the anxiety and depression score. The level of high sensitivity C reactive protein was positively correlated with depression score(r=0.32,P< 0.01).Hypersensitivity C showed a positive correlation between protein and anxiety score(r=0.336,P < 0.01).3.Among the people with heart failure and hyperuricemia, the hypersensitive C reactive protein was positively correlated with the anxiety score(r=0.347,P<0.001),and the hypersensitive C reactive protein was positively correlated with the depression score(r=328,P < 0.001).Conclusion:1.there is a high proportion of anxiety and depression in patients with heart failure and hyperuricemia.2.In patients with heart failure and hyperuricemia, the higher the level of hypersensitivity C protein, the higher the anxiety and depression score.3.Among people with heart failure and hyperuricemia, the hypersensitive C reactive protein is an independent risk factor for assessing the degree of anxiety and depression in people with heart failure and hyperuricemia.
