Objective This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Shen Kang needle and sequential suppository therapy in patients with chronic renal failure by observing the effect of Shen Kang acupuncture and sequential bolting on TCM syndromes, renal function and related risk factors in patients with C RF.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,patients with CRF(?-?)who were admitted to Inpatient Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Department of the Second People's Hospital of Lanzhou C ity w ere selected.According to CRF Western medicine diagnosis and inclusion criteria,a total of 60 eligible patients were selected.Cases were randomly divided into a control group of 30 cases and a treatment group of 30 cases. The control group was given co nventional treatment plus colon dialysis;the treatment group was given conventional treatment + Shenkang injection + Shenkang suppository. The treatment course is 4 weeks.Observe the TCM syndrome scores, the efficacy of TCM syndromes, total clinical efficacy, serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum uric acid(UA),creatinine clearance(Ccr),24-hour urinary protein quantification(U-TP/24h),urine albumin/creatinine ratio(AC R),parathyroid hormone(PTH),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and other related experimental indicators before and after treatment. Results 1.After 4 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).2.The TCM syndromes of both groups before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment, difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group, indicating that the treatment group was superior to the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with CRF(?-?)stage improvement. The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the two groups was 86.7% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group, and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of renal function between the two groups:Scr,BUN,UA,UTP,AC R were lower after treatment in the two groups, while Ccr was higher. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Comparison between the two way after treatment:compared with control group,Scr,BUN,UA were lower in the treatment group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Ccr,UTP,ACR were different from the control group,no statistically significance(P>0.05);4.Comparison of related risk factors between the two groups: after treatment, the levels of PTH,TG and TC in both groups were lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Comparison between the two groups after treatment: compared with the control group,TG and TC were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the blood PTH in the control group, the blood PTH was decreased, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The sequential treatment of Shenkang injection and embolus can improve the clinical symptoms of C RF(?-?)patients,protect renal function, delay the progression of chronic renal failure, and improve the quality of life of patients.
