Objective:to evaluate the effects of Pyruvate and Electrolytes on ATP,H+And MDA of red blood cells in Patients under Cardiopulmonary Bypass.Methods:12 patients with CPB during valve replacement?n=12?.15 mL Centrifugally separated plasma was taking at 30 min?T1?,60min?T2?after CPB from radial artery.and extacting deposited RBC 0.5 ml into seven parts,one sample as the basic value,the others were randomly divided into control group?group C?,the electrolyte group?group L?and pyruvate group?group P?,each group has two samples.at 37?,group C with physiological saline 2.5 mL,oneincubation for 30 min,another 60 min and incubated supernatant on centrifugal separation,The levels of?ATP?,?H+?and?MDA?with in Red blood cell was measured.group L and P mix with electrolyte 2.5mL and 2.5m L pyruvate respectively,the other steps are the same as group C.Results:1.The changes of basic values of CPB at different time points before incubationCompared with the basic value of CPB30min,the ATP of CPB60min decreased and H+of CPB60min increased?P<0.05?,while the MDA was increased?P>0.05?;2.The changes of the indexes after the incubation of the erythrocytes at different time points of CPB:?1?ATP:After incubating for 30min,ATP of group L was significantly higher than that of group C at CPB30min,?P<0.05?.After incubating for 60min,the ATPof group P was significantly higher than that before incubation,?P<0.05?.After incubating 30 and60min in group P,ATP was significantly higher than that of group L and C?P<0.05?;in CPB60min,group L incubation for 30 min and group P after incubation for 30,60min ATP is significantly higher than the basic value before incubation,the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After incubation of 30 and 60min in group P,the ATP was significantly higher than that of the group C at the same point,The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.There was no statistically significant difference between the group and group after incubation?P>0.05?;?2?H+:In CPB30min,Group C incubated for 30,60min and group L after incubating for 30min H+was higher than that before incubation,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After incubating for60min in group L,the H+was lower than that of the same time point in the group C,The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After incubation for 30 and 60min in group P,H+was lower than that of group C in the same time point.The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?;in CPB60min,After incubating for 60min in group C,the H+was higher than that before incubation,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After incubating for 60min in group P,the H+was lower than that of group L and C in the same time point.The difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.There was no statistically significant difference between the group and group after incubation?P>0.05?;?3?MDA:In CPB30min,After incubation for 30 and 60min in group P,the MDA was lower than that before incubation,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After incubation for 30 and 60min in group P,the MDA was lower than that in group L and C,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?;In CPB60min,After incubation for 30 and 60min in group P,the MDA was lower than that before incubation,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.After incubation for 30 and 60min in group P,the MDA was lower than that in group L and C,and the difference was statistically significant?P<0.05?.There was no statistically significant difference between the group and group after incubation?P>0.05?;Conclusion:CPB may cause red blood cells concentrations of ATP decreased and level of H+and MDA heightened the longer the CPB time,the heavier theinjury.pyruvate and electrolytes can teturn these effects,and pyruvate is better than electrolyte after incubation.electrolyte can not increase MDA level after CPB the influence of pyruvate on MDA has a slight improvement.
