Objective:By collecting the clinical data of the patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia area of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University, the factors that may affect the short-term prognosis of the patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia region were discussed, and the theoretical basis was provided for the prevention and treatment of the disease. Methods:The clinical data of 153 cases of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage of basal ganglia in the Department of Neurosurgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from September 2015 to March 2017 were included.According to the modified Rankin scale(?2 or>2),the patients were divided into good prognosis group(16 cases)and poor prognosis group(137 cases),observing clinical characteristics of two groups, such as age, sex, smoking, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, glycated hemoglobin, and the level of red blood cell volume distribution, etc.Univariate analysis and multivariate Logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influence factors for short-term prognosis of surgical treatment of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Results:Two groups of patients with age, sex, smoking, alcohol, hospitalization duration, hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, admission diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, hematoma volume, mean corpuscular volume, platelet volume distribution width, mean platelet volume, respiratory infection, the stay time in ICU,GCS score, timing of operation, operation time, bleeding volume, infusion volume, urine volume had no statistical difference(P>0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure,NIHSS score, red blood cell volume distribution width and time of antibiotic application(P<0.05),suggesting a high systolic blood pressure, high NIHSS score, high red blood cell volume distribution width, long time use of antibiotics for poor prognostic factors.Logistic regression analysis showed that only systolic blood pressure and antibiotic application time were independent risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage in basal ganglia. Conclusions:Systolic pressure and time of antibiotics application are closely related to short-term prognosis in surgical patients with sICH.It is of guiding significance to the severity of the disease, the judgement of the prognosis and the assistance of the diagnosis and treatment of this type of patient.
