Clinical Research On Treating Atherosclerotic Obliterans Of Lower Extremity (LEASO) Carried Out Endovascular Intervention With Maiguan Fukang Tablets

Objective:Atherosclerotic obliterans of lower extremity is the main cause of pain,ulcer and even amputation,which seriously affects the quality of life and of the patients.Endovascular interventional therapy is the main treatment for lower extremity arteriosclerotic obliterans.However,its postoperative lumen restenosis rate is high,which seriously troubled patients and clinicians.The purpose of this clinical study is to explore the efficacy and safety of Maiguan Fukang Tablets in the treatment of Atherosclerotic obliterans of lower extremity,in order to solve the clinical problems.Methods:This topic uses prospective study.,the patients from April 2017 to October 2017 with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(Rutherford2-6)who were admitted to Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and agreed to participate in the clinical study and signed informed consent then they were selected as the subjects.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,64 patients were included from standard screening,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 32 cases in each group,one week clinical observation preparation period again after screening.Treatment group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,Sarpogrelate Hydrochloride Tablets joint Maiguan Fukang tablets;the control group was given Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets Sarpogrelate Hydrochloride Tablets.After 3 months' treatment,The clinical symptoms,ABI index,walking distance,TCM symptom score and life quality evaluation were observed before and after treatment.All the results were analyzed by SPSS22.0,P<0.05 presented the significance of statistical difference.Results:In the study,there were 62 patients,43 male,19female,32 treatment group and 30 control group..The average age was 73.3 ± 8.1 years old.There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).The total effective rate of the 2.treatment group was 96.88%,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the two groups of patients was tested,and the difference of the total physical therapy efficiency of the two groups was statistically significant,which showed that the pulse tube Fukang tablet could significantly improve the overall status of the treatment group.in the treatment group,the ankle / brachial index(ABI),the limp distance,the TCM syndrome score and the quality of life score were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the difference between the groups was also statistically significant(P<0.05),and the two groups were also statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse events during the treatment.Conclusion:The combination of endovascular intervention treatment and Maiguan Fukang Tablets is effective and safe.
