Objective:By using the decoction of moistening and smoothing combined with cold compress of TCM to treat yin-deficiency facial hormone-dependent dermatitis, observe its clinical curative effect, explore its mechanism of action, analyze its advantages, and provide a more effective treatment method for clinical treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods: A total of 64 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups. In the treatment group,32 patients were treated with the decoction of moistening and smoothing combined with cold compress of TCM.In the control group,32 patients were given orally desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with comfy collagen dressings. All the patients were revisited once a week, four weeks for a course of treatment, after two courses of treatment to observe the improvement of indicators before and after treatment.Using statistical software SPSS17.0 for statistical analysis to make efficacy determination and result analysis. Results:?The scores of subjective symptoms, objective symptoms, and syndromes of TCM were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. The scores of each index were compared at P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the two observation groups had steroid-dependent facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Significant improvement in subjective symptoms, objective symptoms, and TCM syndromes.?After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate was 90.3% in the treatment group and 86.7% in the control group(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the total efficacy of the two groups was comparable.? There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups of single-item index of efficacy index and TCM syndromes,P<0.05.The difference was statistically significant, indicating that the effect of the decoction of moistening and smoothing combined with cold compress of TCM was better than that of orally desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with comfy collagen dressings in improving TCM syndromes.Oral combined human-like collagen dressing group.Subjective symptoms and objective symptom scores were compared P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant, indicating that the two observation groups had similar efficacy in improving subjective symptoms and objective symptoms.?The skin moisture content in the two groups after one course of treatment and two courses of treatment, the P value was greater than 0.05,no statisticalsignificance, indicating that the treatment group and the control group in the course of treatment on the improvement of skin moisture content no significant difference in efficacy. Conclusion:?Both observation groups have curative effect on the treatment of yin-deficiency facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.?The decoction of moistening and smoothing combined with cold compress of TCM group and the orally desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with comfy collagen dressings group is effective in improving subjective symptoms and objective symptoms in the treatment of FHDD.?The decoction of moistening and smoothing combined with cold compress of TCM group is superior to the orally desloratadine citrate disodium tablets combined with comfy collagen dressings group in improving the efficacy of TCM syndromes.?he decoction of moistening and smoothing combined with cold compress of TCM has significant curative effect and small side effects. It is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
