Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis (CAD) Of Blood-heat Syndrome With Liangxuexiaofeng Powder

Objective: To investigate the clinical research and effects of the Chinese Medicine Liangxuexiaofeng Powder in the treating corticosteroid addictive dermatitis(CAD)of blood-heat syndrome,preliminary discussion the effectiveness,security and effect mechanism of Liangxuexiaofeng Powder in treating HDD of blood-heat syndrome.Methods: we randomly divide 72 clinical eases who conform to inclusion criteria of CAD with syndrome of blood-heat damage to the skin into two groups,and there are 36 patients in the either group.The treatment group which is treated by taking the Liangxuexiaofeng Powder.The control group which is treated by taking the Ebastine Tablets.Topical drugs:two groups both use Velvetfeelin.Four weeks for a period of treatment,the total course of treatment for eight weeks.Each set of data for statistical analysis after the end of treatment,for evaluating the therapentic efficacy.Results:1.In the clinical curative effect,the results showed: the treatment group 31 cases,cured 12 cases(38.7%),10 cases were markedly improved(32.3%),effective 7 cases(22.6%),invalid 2 cases(6.5%),the total effective rate was 93.5% after eight weeks.Control group 31 cases,of which 3 cases recovered(9.7%),8 cases(25.8%)effective,12 cases were markedly improved(38.7%),invalid 8 cases(25.8%),the total effective rate was 74.2% after treatment.After independent sample rank sum test,Z =-2.055,P =0.040<0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting the curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.2.In terms of symptoms improve,statistical results show that the Objective symptoms,the treatment group in erythema,papules,pustules swelling,capillary expansion is superior to that in control group,in terms of desquamation,no obvious difference was found between two groups.subjective symptoms,the treatment group in the itching,burning,pain,tight feeling are better than that in control group,in terms of dry,no obvious difference was found between two groups.3.In the aspect of safety,both groups,there was no obvious adverse reaction.4.In terms of relapse,two months of follow-up after treatment,the treatment group 22 cases and control group 11 cases.In treatment group the bounce rate was 13.6%,the control group the bounce rate was 45.4%.By chi-square test,P = 0.044 < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,suggesting the bounce rate of treatment group is lower than the control group.Conclusion :Chinese Medicine Liangxuexiaofeng powder in the treatment of CAD of blood-heat syndrome is a safe and effective treatment,and can shorten the treatment cours,relieve symptoms,providing new ideas for clinical treatment.
