A Clinical Study Of The Chinese Medicine Qingrejiedu Tang Combined With External Drugs In Treating Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingrejiedu decoction Combined With Western Drugs (tinidazole gel and1%pimecrolimus) in treating Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis. To explore the simple therapy mechanism of qingrejiedu decoction and observe the difference between the treatment group and the control group in healing and modifying clinical syndromes such as facial discomfort, facial flush, angiotelectasis, the change of skin pigment, the relapses and so on. To discuss the chinese traditional medicine in the treatment of Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis.Method:60patients were randomly grouped into treatment group (30cases)and control group (30cases).All the patients in both groups were used the same basic treatment, at the same time, hormone drugs and ingredients suspicious skin care products were forbidden used. The tinidazole gel and1%pimecrolimus were given to the patients once for every morning for external use and once every night after cleaning face. Patients in the treatment group were gived homemade qingrejiedu oral again, curative effect and adverse reations were observed in4,8,12weeks each group. After the treatment of12weeks, subjective and objective indicators were observed, including itching, burning, pain, erythema, papules, dry desquamation, telangiectasia, and rating.12weeks later, using Spss16.0software for statistical and analysis with all clinical data.Results:After12weeks of treatment, patients in the treatment were clinically cured13cases with all30cases, the cure rate was43.3%.While another30patients in the control group, just6cases recovered, the cure rate was20.0%; The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).12weeks later, treatment group total score was3.57±4.17,the control group total score was5.97±4.33, also showed significant difference(P<0.05);4weeks after treatment the total effective rate was80.0%and56.7%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P P<0.05). Treatment group total effective rate was90.0%, control group total effective rate was76.7%, there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Qingrejiedu decoction for the treatment of Facial Corticosteroid Addictive Dermatitis classified ShiReDuYun syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine is good, with the low recurrence rate, and at the same time, adverse reactions would not increase significantly. The mechanism may be related to allergy, anti-inflammatory, antiviral resistance microbes, antioxidant and immune regulation, etc.
