Object:Vascular calcification is an important risk factor for the death of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Vitamin K2 can inhibit the occurrence of vascular calcification. This experiment explores the effects of different hemodialysis methods on vitamin K2 and abdominal aortic calcification, providing a theoretical basis for reducing the complications of hemodialysis patients and improving the clinical prognosis. Methods:Data were collected from January 2016 to June 2017 at the First Affiliated Hospital of Shihezi University(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)for the treatment of 60 patients above March.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,30 patients with low flux hemodialysis(LFHD)using Asahi REXEED-15LC dialyzer were selected as group LFHD.Methods 30 patients with high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)using Fresenius FX80 dialyzer were selected as HFHD group.Another 30 healthy people in our hospital were selected as control group. The experimental group fasted for 8 hours before the day of hemodialysis and collected 10ml of venous blood samples,of which 5ml was sent to our hospital for testing hemoglobin(hemoglobin,Hb),serum albumin(serum albumin,ALB),urea nitrogen(usea nitrogen,UN),serum creatinine(serum creatinine,),calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, parathyroid hormone.C,C reactive protein(CRP)and other biochemical indicators.Another 5ml venous blood was centrifuged at 3000rpm/min for 20 minutes. The serum was frozen in the refrigerator at-80 C and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to determine the vitamin K2 and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 levels. After 8 hours of fasting of the control group, the venous blood samples were collected 5ml,20 minutes were centrifuged at the speed of 3000rpm/min,the serum frozen was stored at-80 centigrade refrigerator, and the level of vitamin K2 was measured by ELISA method.(4)the patients in the experimental group underwent abdominal plain X examination in the radiology department of our hospital to evaluate the degree of calcification of the abdominal aorta.Abdominal aortic calcification(AAC)score was based on the semi quantitative integration method reported by kauppila et al.Data statistical analysis:the difference of vitamin K2 level between LFHD group,HFHD group and control group was compared, and the difference of abdominal aorta calcification score between group LFHD and HFHD group was compared, and the correlation between vitamin K2 level and blood biochemical index and vascular calcification score was analyzed. The difference was statistically significant in P<0.05.Results:1.compared with the low flux hemodialysis group, the serum albumin level of the high flux hemodialysis group was higher,P<0.05 and the parathyroid hormone level were lower,P<0.05,and there was no significant difference in the levels of calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, serum creatinine, urea and 25 hydroxyvitamin D3 between the two groups,P>0.05.The vitamin K2 level of each group was measured by 2.ELISA method. The results showed that the vitamin K2 levels in the healthy control group, the LFHD group and the HFHD group were not all the same.Compared with the control group, the vitamin K2 level in the LFHD group and the HFHD group was lower,P<0.05,and the vitamin K2 level was higher in the HFHD group than in the LFHD group.Comparison of abdominal aortic calcification scores between group 3.LFHD and group HFHD showed that compared with group LFHD,AAC score in group HFHD was lower,P<0.05.4.the results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that the level of vitamin K2 was negatively correlated with the calcification score of abdominal aorta(r=-0.319,P<0.05),and was not related to the levels of 25 hydroxyvitamin D3,calcium,phosphorus,magnesium and parathyroid hormone,P>0.05.Conclusion:1.vitamin K2 levels in maintenance hemodialysis patients were reduced, and vitamin K2 levels in high flux hemodialysis patients were higher than those in low flux hemodialysis patients.2.the score of vascular calcification in high flux hemodialysis patients is lower than that in low flux hemodialysis patients.3.vitamin K2 is negatively correlated with vascular calcification.
