Objectives:Using Meta analysis method to evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures by Percutaneous kyphoplasty and pedicle screw fixation.Methods:We performed a systematic search of CBM,CNKI,Wan Fang,VIP,EMBASE,PUBMED,Chinese database Cochrane Library as well as some relevant conference papers and references to the literature to collect those controlled trials that Randomized,controlled study of all PKP and pedicle screw fixation for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures in the elderly before September 2016.The two evaluation members according to the Cochrane collaboration network standard one by one to carry out the quality evaluation,to meet the inclusion criteria of the study with Rev Man5.3 software for statistical analysis.Results And Conclusions:PKP and pedicle screw fixation in the postoperative Cobb angle and postoperative ODI score have no significant difference,PKP in the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,alleviate pain,restore vertebral compression rate has more advantages,but it still needs a large sample,multi center randomized controlled study to confirm.
