ObjectiveHypertension is a common disease and frequently encountered disease in clinical,is one of the common chronic diseases in the world,in recent years,the incidence of hypertension has increased year by year trend,many scholars on the development and prognosis of hypertension had a lot of research,the anxiety,depression,mood disorders such as effect on high blood pressure is more and more get the attention of scholars,many studies showed that mood disorder is not only the important cause of high blood pressure,is also the important factors influencing the antihypertensive effects,the main means to anxiety and depression.Shuganjieyu capsule(Chengdu KangHong pharmaceutical group co.,LTD.,approval number:Z20080580 approved by the state,the same below)can effec.tively relieve mild-to-moderate depression,anxiety and depression are similar sentiments,many scholars through clinic.al research has shown that,antidepressants in the treatment of anxiety disorders are also play an important role.This study by observing Shuganjieyu capsule blood pressure in patients with hypertension(level 1,2,high blood pressure)with anxious state,anxiety self rating scale(SAS)score,the change of clinical symptoms,broaden the train of thought for the treatment of high blood pressure,reduce the shortcomings arising from single assessment standard,make the medical workers pay more attention to the patient's health of body and mind,improve the clinical symptoms of the mental and heart disease patients,smooth blood pressure,reduce blood pressure fluctuations,more conducive to the comprehensive treatment of high blood pressure.MethodsWill conform to the conditions of 60 cases of patients using a double-blind,randomized,controlled study methods are divided into two groups,the two groups on the basis of conventional antihypertensive drugs,the treatment group 30 cases of patients of oral Shuganjieyu capsule,every time 2 grain,2 times a day after meals,the control group 30 cases were oral starch capsule,its appearance and Shuganjieyu capsule is the same,take the method as well as the treatment group,a total of 4 weeks treatment,then compared two groups of patients in blood pressure before and after the treatment,anxiety self-assessment rating scale,the change of clinical symptoms.ResultsGeneral data:the sex of the two groups was tested by Fisher x 2 test,resultsP>0.05,the age by independent samples t test P>0.05,there was no significant difference.Antihypertensive effect:there were significant differences between the two groups before and after systolic and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.01).After treatment,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,comparison between the two groups P(0.05,there was significant difference between the two groups.The therapy group was obviously efficiency was 63%,effective rate was 24%,no efficiency was 13%,total effective rate was 87%,the control group step-down obvious efficiency of 37%,effective rate was 33%,no efficiency was 30%,total effective rate was 70%,after Fisher x 2 test,the two groups of antihypertensive effect was statistically significant(P<0.01).TCM syndrome:there were significant differences in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,comparison between the two groups P<0.05,there was significant difference.The treatment group total effective rate was 94%,the control group was 84%,comparison between the two groups P<0.01,there are statistically significant.SAS score:the SAS scores of the two groups after treatment was lower than before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.And the treatment group after treatment of SAS score is far lower than the control group,comparison between the two groups P<0.01,there was significant difference.ConclusionFor hypertensive patients with anxiety,which belong to the mental and heart disease patients,through psychological treatment can achieve a certain degree of blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms of the effect.On the basis of,Shuganjieyu capsule can further reduce blood pressure,improve clinical symptoms,improve the efficacy of antihypertensive.Shuganjieyu capsule can be applied to patients with hypertension and anxiety state.
