Construction Of Evaluation Index System For Standardized Training Of Residents In Rotation Stage

The standardized training of resident doctors is an important stage of medical education after graduation,which plays an important role in improving the level of physicians and the development of medical profession,and has an important role in training high-level medical talents.The standardized training of resident doctors in China started relatively late,and the unified training and assessment index system has not been formed in the industry.This has greatly influenced the quality of standardized training for residents,which is not conducive to the cultivation of talents and the improvement of the level of the whole medical profession.The purpose of this study is to establish a standard,standardized and quantifiable evaluation index system for the standardized training rotation of resident physicians in a scientific,standardized and quantifiable training rotation period.It can provide reference for each training base in rotation process,to improve the overall training level of residents.In this study,the history and status of resident physicians' standardized training at home and abroad,status quo,current situation at home and abroad and existing problems in the standardized training of resident physicians in China are reviewed and systematically combed,and the questionnaire is designed on the basis of this,and the initial questionnaire is pre investigated by experts,and the questionnaire is revised according to the experts' suggestion.The establishment of the index system was carried out through the Delphi Method.Three rounds of expert consultation were conducted in this study,and established rotary stage of resident standardization training assessment indicators.Finally,using the data obtained by the third round of expert consultation,the weight of the index is calculated.According to the characteristics of the index and the research goal,the weight of each index system is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the consistency check is carried out.The reliability and validity of each round of questionnaires were tested.After testing,the total Krone Baja coefficient of the questionnaire were above 0.8,with good reliability and validity.The positive coefficient,authority degree and coordination coefficient of the participants were calculated.The results showed that the experts had high enthusiasm andgood authority and consensus.The data collected by the survey are analyzed with three statistical indexes,mean value,full score rate and variation coefficient.After the third round of expert consultation,the average value of each index is above 4.4 and the coefficient of variation is less than 0.15.The expert opinion tends to be consistent and no longer carries out expert consultation.The index system with 3 the first level index,11 the second level index,and 30 the third level index.The weight of each index system is determined by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the consistency check is carried out.The CR value is less than0.1,and the consistency of the index can be accepted.Finally,the weight of the evaluation index of the rotation stage of the resident physician standardized training is determined.According to the weight of the index,we calculate the combined weight of the index.The evaluation index system of the rotation stage of resident physician standardized training is established through scientific and rigorous methods,and the weight and combination weight of each index are determined.The establishment of the index system is based on three dimensions of knowledge,skill and attitude.It is of certain reference value for the residents to assess the rotation level and the proportion of the score.
