The key point of realizing tooth implantation operation is the accurate control pose of dental headpiece.At present,digital tooth implantation technology got much more attention.This paper seriously researches on the application of binocular vision pose measurement on the field of oral implant in order to supply the auxiliary guide during the process of tooth implantation.Based on the problems of dental piece pose measurement on tooth implantation,this paper researches on the combination between binocular stereovision and medical tooth implantation and refers to an auxiliary system of tooth implantation based on the binocular and designs the plan.Because the dental headpiece has no obvious feature,the method of adding a collaboration target has been brought up.Carrying on the calibrating experiment of camera to obtain the inner-outer parameter information and then tackling the acquisition images.Specifically,applying the algorithm of median filter,region growth to carry on the noise-suppressed processing of images which shows the region growth algorithm is the best.In order to get the best efficiency of subtracting dental headpiece collaboration target,using four kinds of region subtracting algorithm,and compared the final results which utilizing the Canny algorithm to subtract the boundary data information of collaboration target.On this basis,utilizing the least square algorithm of detecting round to fit the high accuracy edge circular feature equation,and extracting the circular sub-pixel feature circular point pixel coordinates.After stereo-matching the left and right image to solve the 3-D information of collaboration target,and finally gets the relative pose information of dental headpiece.After setting up the simulation experimental platform,and designing and compiling its corresponding C++ algorithm to realize the high accurate measurement of dental headpiece relative pose,simulating the relative pose measurement experiment of dental headpiece in the tooth implantation.The result shows that the method of relative pose measurement of dental headpiece satisfies expected precision this paper refers to.And the experimental result verifies the feasibility of the method.
