| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is one of the highest morbidity and mortality in the world,especially for elderly patients with severe reduction in their quality of life.And acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)is an important cause of hospitalization and related complications.In recent years,pulmonary rehabilitation in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease has been widely studied.This review summarizes the effects of pulmonary rehabilitation program on the elderly patients with COPD and AECOPD,such as dyspnea,quality of life,exercise ability,rehospitalization rate and other indicators. |
