Objective:To probe the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients suffer from intertrochanteric fractures therapy by internal fixation. Methods:Retrospectively analyze the data of the patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017.34 patients with intertrochanteric fractures therapy in our hospital from January 2016 to November 2016 management with routine treatment divided into the control group.45 patients with intertrochanteric fractures therapy in our hospital from December 2016 to October 2017 management with enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)treatment divided into the enhanced recovery after surgery group.Compare the vblood loss, the rate of metachysis, the length of stay and the rate of perioperative complications between the two groups. Results:Compared with the control group, the enhanced recovery after surgery group showed less blood loss, lower rate of metachysises, shorter length of stay and lower incidence of perioperative complications. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)in patients with intertrochanteric fractures therapy by internal fixation showed less blood loss, lower rate of metachysis, shorter length of stay and lower incidence of perioperative complications.it's worth to popularizing in clinical.
