Coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMVD)refers to the evidence of myocardial ischemia or microcirculation in patients with chest pain,but normal cor-onary angiography.Nearly 60% to 70% of women and 30% of men failed to find clear coronary artery obstruction during coronary angiography[1].Research has shown that this part of the patient's disease is related to CMVD,the etiologies of CMVD varies,but the pathogenesis of CMVD is unclear now,vascular endothelial dysfunction and atherosclerosis played an important role in the disease process.At present,there is no clear diagnostic criteria for this disease,and various methods of examination have played a certain role in the diagnosis process.There is no clear treatment plan,but various drugs,such as statin,ACEI/ARB and beta-blocker,have been proven to play a role in the treatment.Due to the lack of clear guidelines for diagnosis and treatment,the current diagnosis and treatment of such patients is a major challenge,and this article is a review of the latest progress in the diagnosis and treatment of such diseases.
