Objective To explore the risk factors of coronary microvascular dysfunction(CMVD),and to provide scientific basis for early prevention of coronary microvascular disease, reduction of the occurrence and development of coronary microvascular disease, and improvement of prognosis. Methods A total of 93 patients(40 males and 53 females)with CMVD were selected according to the inclusion criteria, and 100 patients(67 males and 33 females)in the control group were selected.Record all the object of study of the basic clinical data and in the hospital the next morning extraction was fasting venous blood in white blood cell count(WBC),platelet count(PLT),hemoglobin(HB),total cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),lipoprotein-a(LP(a)),fasting blood glucose, blood uric acid(UA),blood homocysteine(HCY),fibrinogen(FIB),hypersensitive c-reactive protein(CRP)measurement.Statistical software SPSS17.0was used for statistical analysis of the data. Results 1.There were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in age, body mass index(BMI),WBC,PLT,HB,CHOL,TG,hdl-c,LP(a),UA,HCY,history of hypertension and cardiomyopathy, history of autoimmune disease, smoking and family history of coronary heart disease(P>0.05).2.In the CMVD group, gender, history of diabetes, fasting blood glucose,ldl-c,FIB,and CRP were all higher than those in the control group(57%vs.33%,P<0.05).24.7% vs.5%,P < 0.05;6.03 + /-2.08 vs.5.15 + /-1.38,P < 0.05;2.08 + /-0.69 vs.1.84 + /-0.60,P < 0.05;3.02 + /-1.11 vs.2.57 + /-0.66,P < 0.05;6.276.12 vs.1.32 1.15,P<0.05;)3.Binary Logistic regression analysis results: Gender(OR =0.434,95% ci: 0.222 0.851,P < 0.05),diabetes history(OR = 3.322,95% ci: 1.09610.069,P < 0.05),fasting blood sugar(OR = 0.783,95% ci: 0.624 0.982,P < 0.05),LDL-C(OR = 0.487,95% ci: 0.292 0.811,P < 0.05),FIB(OR = 0.605,95% ci: 0.390 0.936,P < 0.05)Can be a risk factor for CMVD.Conclusion 1.Gender,history of diabetes, fasting blood glucose,ldl-c,and FIB may be risk factors for CMVD.2.CRP may be involved in the pathophysiological process of CMVD as an inflammatory marker.
