| Objective:with traditional endoscopy(esophageal gastroduodenoscope,colonoscopy)as control group,research magnetic control capsule endoscope of the esophagus,stomach,small intestine disease diagnosis accuracy,sensitivity and the related factors influencing the test results,the feasibility of colon disease diagnosis to be preliminary discussed,To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic control capsule endoscopy in gastrointestinal diseases and provide theoretical basis for its clinical application.Methods: From August 2015 to February 2018,97 patients were enrolled of our hospital in this study,and the endoscopic examination of magnetic control capsule and traditional endoscopy were performed respectively.Using randomized controlled study,evaluate the methods of gastric lesion detection rate,sensitivity,specific degree,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and consistency analysis(Kappa value),record and analysis of the capsule preparation situation from the gastrointestinal,the passed through time of capsule,the discharge time of capsule,patient acceptance and related complications.Results:1.The diagnosis from MCE of gastric focal lesions,with the highest sensitivity of gastric polyps,the gastric ulcer secondary,has a better consistency with electronic gastroscope,and other stomach focal lesions ratio is low,the missed diagnosis is high.2.The ability of MCE to diagnose esophageal positive lesions is poor,and the number of high-risk patients should be further increased.3.MCE detected all kinds of small intestinal positive lesions,however,the degree of anastomosis between MCE and gastroscope generally,that the sample size should be collected on the basis of increasing the diversity of samples.4.MCE still has differences with electronic colonoscopy,but it also can be used as an auxiliary tool of colonoscopy,preliminary screening of suspicious colon disease.Conclusions: MCE has good clinical application value for gastrointestinal diseases. |
