A Preliminary Study On Double Screening Model Of Children With Chronic Kidney Disease In Qiaoxi District Of Shijiazhuang City

Objective:Chronic kidney disease is a common disease in children,the disease is often hidden.There were no conscious symptom before significant impairment of renal function,so early diagnosis is difficult.In this paper,through the put into practice of "two-stage double screening",children's urine screening,at the same time,screening the fetal kidney ultrasound in the third trimester,So that early prevention and treatment of children's CKD,Lighten the burden on the family and society.Methods:Urine occult blood and protein were screened among the first and sixth grade students in many schools in Qiaoxi District,Shijiazhuang City,students with abnormal urine tests are advised to take a second screening at the local community hospital.Children with positive screening were transferred to our hospital,urine microalbumin and urine sediment were examined.At the same time,we screened the fetal kidney ultrasound in the late pregnancy of 2017 in our hospital,pregnant women with abnormal findings are advised to reexamine renal ultrasound within 2 months after birth.Results:3670 students were screened,1596 males and 2074 females.There were46 cases(1.25%)with abnormal urine examination,man 19 cases(0.52%),female 27 cases(0.73%),We found 8 cases of hematuria under simple microscope,2 cases of IgA nephropathy,One case of Alportis syndrome,One case of thin basement membrane nephropathy,one person with Nutcracker and urinary tract infection in 2 cases.6336 cases were screened by ultrasound,554cases(8.74%)were abnormal,there were 389 cases of renal pelvis dilatation,the positive rates of light,moderate and severe RPD respectively were 4.7%?1.37% and 0.07%,the positive rate of pelvis dilation with ureteral dilatation was 2.49%.Positive rate of ureteral dilatation 0.21%,Abnormal positive rate of other ureters and bladder 2.61%.Conclusion:The development of "double phase screening" for children's CKD,realizing early detection and comprehensive management of children's CKD,which has the characteristics of economy and maneuverability,conforms to the national conditions of our country,provides a replicable model for the promotion of CKD in Hebei Province.To make early discovery,early diagnosis and early treatment.
