The Comparative Analysis Of Color Doppler Ultrasound And Clinical In Postoperative Transplanted Kidney Rejections

Objective:To explore the color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and identification of the different types of acute and chronic rejections value.Mathods:Retrospective analysis of the past three years in our hospital patients with transplanted kidney of color Doppler Ultrasound and clinical diagnosis of the situation,both for research. Results:Ⅰfollow-up of the 77 patients,acute rejection reaction patient 39 examples,chronic rejection reaction patient 38 examples,the acute rejection reaction supersonic inspection unusuality 37 examples,the detection rate is 94.87%,the chronic rejection reaction supersonic inspection unusuality 34 examples,the detection rate is 89.47%;The RI ultrasound diagnosis conforms to the acute rejection reaction 27 examples,the rate of accuracy is the 69.23%,The RI ultrasound diagnosis conforms to the chronic rejection reaction 29 examples,the rate of accuracy is 76.31%; Transplants under the kidney the substantive thickness diagnosis to conform to the acute rejection reaction 25 examples,the rate of accuracy is 64.10%extremely,The RI ultrasound diagnosis conforms to the chronic rejection reaction 26 examples,the rate of accuracy is 68.42%.The supersonic imaging main performance has the change for the transplant kidney volume;The kidney echo change and hydronephrosis;the kidney substantive thickness to have the change,around the transplanted kidney to accumulate the fluid;The transplant kidney blood stream has the change,the transplant kidney arteriae arcuatae RI≧0.75,kidney gate artery RI≧0.75 Conclusion:The color Doppler ultrasound in patients with postoperative transplanted kidney rejections have good diagnostic value.
