Objective:Two kinds of operation methods will be used to study and evaluate the clinical effect of Puborectalis syndrome. We will compare from the postoperative cure rate, after 3 months of efficacy, postoperative pain, bleeding, infection, bulge, postoperative anal sphincter functionhospitalization time.Method:The 60 patient eligible for puborectal muscle syndrome were randomly divided into two group, treatment group and control group, each group included 30 cases.fter inspection, the two groups in age, gender, degree of constipation, course of disease, had no significant difference,P>0.05.Patients in treatment group received the treatment of partial resection of the puborectalis.Patients in control group received the treatment of the puborectal muscle incision and suspension. The clinical efficacy of the two group was observed and analysed, mainlyfrom the postoperative cure rate, after 3 months of efficacy, postoperative pain, bleeding, infection, bulge, postoperative anal sphincter function hospitalization time.Results:1.The comparison of the two groups in the efficiency out of the hospital, had no significant difference,P>0.05.2.The comparison of the two groups in the efficiency at three months after surgery, had no significant difference,P>0.05.3.The comparison of the two groups in the postoperative anal sphincter function, had no significant difference,P>0.05.4.The comparison of the two groups in the postoperative pain, had significant difference,P<0.05,the treatment group was superior to the control group in pain.5.The comparison of the two groups in length of hospital stay, hadsignificant difference,P<0.05,the treatment group was superior to the control group in time..6.The comparison of the two groups in Bleeding, infection, swelling. There were 0 cases of hemorrhage in the experimental group,0 cases of infection and 2 cases of dilatation. In the control group, there were 3 cases of hemorrhage,0 cases of infection and 9 cases of swelling. Conclusion: The partial resection of the puborectal muscles and the incision and suspension of the puborectal muscles can effectively treat the puborectalis syndrome. The former has the characteristics of lower pain, less distention, and shorter length of stay in the hospital. It has not solved the symptoms of constipation caused by the syndrome of the puborectalis syndrome, and alleviates the pain during the treatment period, saves the time of treatment, improves the quality of life of the patients, and is worthy of further study and promotion in clinical practice.
