Purpose:to observe the effect of electroacupuncture baliao points combined with biofeedback and common acupuncture combined with biofeedback on treating puborectalis syndrome.Material and method:1.Using the method of random lottery selection in October 2016 to December 2018,60 pubic rectum muscle syndrome patients,divided into two groups,each group of 30 people,aged between 17 to 87,the duration between six months to 8 years,the main symptoms are a stool characters hard and long cycle,defecate difficulty,defecate toilet not feeling and anal discomfort;Obvious "rack sign" can be seen in the defecography assisted by the examination,and the pressure trace increased in depth and width when the anal finger examination could touch the pubic rectum muscle strength,and other constipation factors and acupuncture intolerance factors were excluded in the two groups of patients,which were found to be comparable by statistical test before treatment.2.The control group was treated with common acupuncture combined with biofeedback,and the treatment group was treated with electro-acupuncture baliao points combined with biofeedback,with intervals of 30 minutes between biofeedback and acupuncture.Ten days were taken as a treatment course.Results:In the control group,a total of 30 cases were completed,4 cases were cured,3 cases were obviously effective,17 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.In the treatment group,30 cases were completed,8 cases were cured,13 cases were obviously effective,8 cases were effective,and 1 case was ineffective.The response rate was 80% in the control group and96% in the treatment group.Conclusion:1.Electro-acupuncture baliao points combined with biofeedback is more effective than common acupuncture combined with biofeedback in treating puborectalis syndrome.2.The effect of electroacupuncture on baliao points combined with biofeedback on defecation difficulty and anal obstruction is superior to that of common acupuncture combined with biofeedback.
