At present, cerebrovascular disease has become one of the major diseases affecting the health and life safety of middle-aged and elderly people. The ischemic cerebrovascular disease occupies a large proportion. In recent years, the incidence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is more and more and the incidence tends to younger.Clinicians on the understanding of ischemic cerebral blood disease is more and more in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. There is more and more profound understanding. The thrombelastography is an image of the whole process of dynamic tracing. It was first described by Hartert in 1948.It was used to dynamically predict the coagulation, platelet and fibrin aggregation and dissolution process.Comprehensive response to all aspects of coagulation changes. At present, the role of thrombelastography in the diagnosis and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease is more and more important. In the course of its diagnosis and treatment, the role of thrombelastography is more and more important. The researchers have the more profound understanding of thrombelastography in the clinical application widely, especially in ischemic cerebrovascular. In the disease, the thrombelastography has become a routine laboratory test and it can be used to assess the severity of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, monitoring of acute cerebral infarction thrombolytic patients with coagulation status changes, thrombolytic therapy, prognosis of the evaluation and guidance of individualized antiplatelet therapy.
