Objective:The application of magnetic resonance perfusion imaging arterial spin labeling(MRI-ASL)in ischemic cerebrovascular disease, the original image using Functool for processing, comparison of reconstructed images with various magnetic resonance imaging techniques. To explore value of MRI-ASL in the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease.Materials and Methods:Retrospective analysis of 128 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICVD)in our hospital from July 2015 to June 2016,50 patients with cerebral infarction(CI),78 patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA).All patients underwent conventional MRI((T1 WI,T2WI,T2-FLAIR),diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)),magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)and arterial spin labeling(ASL)scanning. For patients with cerebral infarction, respectively measured ASL perfusion abnormal area and DWI lesions, then all patients were classified into ASL>DWI group,ASL?DWI group and ASL<DWI group according to abnormal area of ASL maps and DWI lesions.Observed and analyzed the ASL and DWI images of all patients. For patients with transient ischemic attack, using of ASL,MRA and DWI technology to check, and then combined with MRA and ASL technology to check. The results of combined application of the examination were divided into MRA positive +ASL positive group,MRA positive +ASL negative group,MRA negative +ASL positive group and MRA negative +ASL negative group.Statistics and analysis of various techniques and joint application of the inspection results. Results:For patients with cerebral infarction,The paired samples test showed the results had statistical significance(P<0.01).There were 47 cases in ASL>DWI group(47/50,94.0%).There were 1 case in ASL?DWI group(1/50,2.0%)..There were 2 case in ASL<DWI group(2/50,4.0%).For patients with transient ischemic attack, the routine scan abnormal was 0 case(0%);MRA abnormal were 41 cases(52.6%);ASL abnormal were 47 cases(60.2%);combination with each other were 60(76.9%).29 cases of patients with artery stenosis and ASL abnormal;12 case of patients with artery stenosis and ASL normal;19 cases of patients with normal vascular and ASL abnormal;18 cases of patients with normal vascular and ASL normal. Conclusion:ASL has important significance in the diagnosis of cerebral vascular occlusion disease, which is superior to the conventional MRI sequence and is convenient and easy to operate.Combined with DWI scan,ASL can confirmed the scope of the penumbra.ASL can provide blood perfusion to transient ischemic attack patients, and combined with MRA,DWI can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy rate.ASL should be used as a routine scan sequence of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
