The report of the nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed the implementation of a healthy China strategy,to improve the national health policy and to provide the people with a full and full cycle health service."The program of Health China 2030" points out that promoting healthy China construction is an important basis for building a well-off society in an all-round way and basically realizing socialist modernization.It is a national strategy to comprehensively improve the health quality of the Chinese nation,to realize the harmonious development of the people's health and the economic and social development,and to actively participate in the global health governance,Major initiatives to implement the international commitments of the 2030 sustainable development agenda.It can be seen that the party and the state highly concern and attach importance to the health of the masses.Although medical vocational colleges have trained professional level medical and health personnel,they also play a very important role in the process of achieving healthy Chinese strategic goals and serving the people's health needs.With the rapid development of our country's economy and society,China's medical and health services have also developed rapidly and achieved great achievements.However,there are still not enough professional skills and high professional literacy in the medical and health personnel,especially the ideological and moral elements of some medical staff in their professional quality.The problems of poor quality,indifference to life consciousness,lack of responsibility for saving death and injury,weakening of the consciousness of dedication,lack of clinical communication ability and lack of humanistic care.This puts forward higher requirements and challenges for medical vocational colleges to train highly skilled and high-quality medical and health personnel.In this article,the author mainly uses the method of questionnaire survey,interview method and literature research method to study,combining the health China strategy implemented by the state,transforming the disease into the center into the people's health centered big health concept and the requirements of the self-growth of the medical college students.By investigating the relevant departments and teachers and students of 4 medical vocational colleges in Guizhou Province,we find out the present status of the students' professional attainment of the medical vocational college,and analyze the backward training concept,the insignificant teaching effect and the campus literature of the current medical vocational colleges.The problems of poor education and poor education.In view of the problems existing in the training of Vocational College Students' professional accomplishment,the development of medical health and the needs of the people's health,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training effect of the students' professional accomplishment in medical vocational colleges,including the renewal of educational teaching ideas and the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of medical students.We should strengthen the reform of curriculum construction,focus on the training of professional accomplishment,highlight the status of teachers and courses,improve the effect of education and teaching,strengthen the construction of the campus culture,improve the efficiency of culture educating people,pay high attention to the practice of educating people,improve the students' Professional quality and so on,so as to improve the education of medical vocational colleges and universities.The professional quality of students can meet the needs of medical and health development and people's health.
