Objective:To investigate the dinical outcones of posterior Quadrant channel assisted argery and traditional open surgery for thetreatment of degree ? and ? lunbarr spondyldisthesisMethods:FromJuly 2014 to January 2017,100 patients with degee ? and ? lunbar spondyldisthesis were treatnented by posteria Quadrant channel assisted surgey and traditional open surgery respectively in our departnent.the Qjadrant channel assisted surgey gap was 50 patients,induding 18 nales and 32 fenales,the average age was 564(35?70)years d d,the average course of disease was 4.1(1?8)years In thisstudies,2 cases were L2/3,8 cases were L3/4,31 cases were L4/5,6 cases were L5/S1 and 3 cases were L3/4+L4/5.Meyerding dassification:31 cases aeredegreel and 19 cases were degree ?.aThose patients was under went lunbar decompression,reduction,bone graft fusion and internal fixation assisted under posterior Quadrant chamel system The traditional open surgery group was 50 patients,induding 22 nales and 28 fenales,the average age was 49.8(38?72)years d d,the average course of disease was 3.9(12?6)years In this studies,3 cases wer L2/3,5 cases were L3/4,12 cases were L4/5,29 cases were L5/S1 and 1 cases were L3/4+L4/5 Meyerding dassification:29 cases are degree 1 and 21 cases were degree ?.Those patients was underwent lunbar decompression,reduction,bone graftionand internal fixation under traditional poseeriar surgery.The indisionsize,operation time,blood loss,postoperative drainage,hospitaliztion,VASODI were followed-up.Results:Two groups operation were smooth.Compared with the traditional open surgery gap,the incision size,operation time,blood loss,postoperative drainage,hospitaliztion was(3.65±0.61)cm(150.10±50.21)min,(270.56± 18.46)m,(150.32±15.10)m,(3.15±1.12)d resqectively.And the incision size,operation time,blood loss,posteperative drainage,hospitaliztion of open surgery gap was(9.67±229)cm,(17521±30.52)min,(400.40±50.10)nm,(225.60±20.70)nh,(7.50±3.25)d.The pcstoperative proloscore,postoperative vertebral slip rate and bone graft fusion rate of Quadrant chamel assisted surgey group and surgey group and open surgery group was(7.14±137)VS(4.22±143),(23.16±4.28)VS(23.58±4.18)and 100%VS 96%There were 2 cases incision infection cf open group,sinus for nation and bone graft fusion delay.Condusion:(1)Compared with traditional open surgery,Quadrant channel assisted surgey for the treatment of degree ?,? lunbar spine has the advantages of small incision,short operation time,lessintracperative blood loss,less postoperatve drainage,early postoperative time and so on.(2)Comparison of two groups patients,with dinical symptons prolo sccre of two groups improved significantly than precperive,and Quadrant channel assisted surgey group were significantly improved compared with the traditicnal open surgery postoperatively.(3)Conpared with the traditional open surgery,Quadrant channel assisted surgery for the treatment of?,? degreelunloar spine has the advantages of small incision infection,highrate of bone graft fusion.(4)The postoperative lunbar redcucation rate of two groups was significantly improved compared with precperative,but at the end of followe-up,the open group was better than the Quadrant channel assisted surgey group in the lunbar reducation rate.
