OBJECTIVE:To analyze digital breast tomosynthesis(DBT)and digital mammography(DM)and the combination of the two for the detection of breast mass lesions,imaging features,and differences in diagnostic efficacy.Diagnostic value of breast lesions on breast mass lesions.METHODS:A total of 106 patients with digital breast tomography and digital mammography were enrolled at the Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University between 2015.7 and 2017.11.Three different years of experience(≥10years,≥5 years,≤5 years)Mammography Diagnostic radiologists performed image characterization of mammographic lesions in mammographic and tomographic images,and performed BI-RADS according to the ACR 2013 guidelines(Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System)classification diagnosis,with malignant BI-RADS 4B and above as a positive,BI-RADS 4A and the following benign as negative criteria were divided into two groups,the final pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,through the chi-square test to compare the mass of the test Outcome rate,correct diagnosis rate,difference between the borders of benign and malignant lesions,P<0.05 were considered statistically significant.Subject performance curve(ROC)was used to evaluate clinical efficacy.Results:This experiment collected 106 cases of breast masses,43 cases of benign lesions,malignant lesions in 63 cases,DBT in the detection rate of the mass,the correct rate of diagnosis comparison,DBT can improve the detection rate of the mass,the correct rate of diagnosis,for benign lesions Outcome was more significant,and there was a statistically significant difference between DBT and DM(x~2=6.30,P=0.04).In 83 cases of multiple glandular mammary gland,the detection rate of DM mass was 81.93%,and the detection rate of DBT mass was.93.97%,the detection rate of DM+DBT mass was 97.58%,the difference was statistically significant(x~2=13.86,P<0.01).In 23 cases of glandular mammary gland,the detection rate of DM mass was 86.96%,the detection rate of DBT mass was 86.96%,and the detection rate of DM+DBT mass was 91.30%,the difference was not statistically significant(x~2=0.28,P=0.863).For the display of mass boundary burr sign,DM detected 22 burrs,DBT detected 27 cases,DBT and DM had statistically significant differences in boundary burr sign(x~2=21.30,P<0.01).The sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions were compared.The sensitivity of DM+DBT(92%)was the highest,the DBT specificity(77%)was the highest,and the ROC curve of DM+DBT,DBT,and DM was diagnosed in benign and malignant lesions.The lower areas were 0.824,0.810,0.752,the differences among the three were statistically significant.Conclusions:The detection rate and correct diagnosis rate of breast mass are better than DM,especially Polyadenoid mammary gland;DM+DBT>DBT>DM.The difference was statistically significant.There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate of tumors in small mammary gland.At the same time,DBT was superior to DM in the display of blunt lesions at the boundary of the mass.It can improve the clinical diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.The combination of DM and DBT is even more significant.
