Objective:By comparing FFDM with Micro Pure in terms of showing the microcalcification in breast,to analyze the clinical application value of Micro Pure in the matter of breast microcalcification.Methods:We selected 126 cases of breast lesions confirmed by surgical pathology in our hospital,all patients underwent FFDM and Micro Pure imaging before surgery,comparison the display of breast microcalcification by FFDM and Micropure,and the ROC curve were used to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of two imaging methods in breast microcalcification.Results:1.The specificity of Micro Pure in showing the microcalcification in the mass was lower than FFDM while the sensitivity was higher than FFDM,but they had an equivalent diagnostic value for the microcalcification in the mass(Z=0.25,P>0.05).2.The specificity and sensitivity of Micro Pure in showing the simple microcalcification was lower than FFDM,and FFDM had a better diagnostic value compared with Micropure for the simple microcalcification(Z=3.71,P<0.05).Conclusion:Micropure has high sensibility of breast microcalcification in mass,which can help sonographer in diagnosing breast disease.Objective:By comparing FFDM with DBT in terms of revealing the microcalcification in breast,to analyze the clinical application value of DBT in the matter of breast microcalcification.Methods:We selected a total of 100 cases with microcalcified breast lesions confirmed by surgical pathology after surgical resection in our hospital.All patients underwent FFDM and DBT imaging before surgery,and microcalcification was found in both techniques.Two radiologists to evaluate the status(BI-RADS classification and visibility and characteristic of microcalcification in breast)of microcalcification lesions in the breast on both tests.To calculate the diagnostic efficacy of two techniques in breast microcalcificaton.Results:1.The sensitivity and specificity of FFDM in showing the malignant microcalcification was higher than DBT,but there was no significant difference in diagnostic value of the two types of examination models in malignant microcalcification(Z=0.943,P>0.05)2.Two radiologists thought that the visibility of 78 cases、76 cases with microcalcification in DBT images were better or equal than FFDM respectively,its overall rate is more than 50%,that is,most breat microcalcification have better visibility in DBT images than FFDM images.Conclusion:DBT can optimize the visibility of partial microcalcification in detecing and identifying breast microcalcification,so it can be used as an auxiliary technology of FFDM.
