Background: Chronic complete occlusion of coronary artery(CTO)is the final stage of coronary artery stenosis and often combined with severe vascular disease is the difficulty of interventional therapy for coronary heart disease, and the prognosis is not good.In recent years, the epidemiological study of the age of coronary heart disease is becoming more and more young, and it has become the first fatal disease. And the study found that the proportion of CTO disease in young people is also rising. The article mainly studies the risk factors of young people with chronic total occlusion. Objective: To investigate the interrelation between chronic total occlusion(CTO)and cystatin C(Cys C)and its significance in diagnosis of CTO in youth.Methods:212 cases of patients diagnosed by CHD in the Department of Cardiology of Shengjing hospital from January,2015 to October,20l7.All patients have coronary angiography,We divided the cases into two groups according to with or without diabetes:CTO group and NON-CTO group The sex,the history of smoking, the history of hypertension and the history of drinking were recorded in the two groups. All of the subjects in the morning fasting blood samples were collected, triglyceride, total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, urea nitrogen, creatinine, uric acid, fibrinogen, fasting blood glucose, serum ion, coagulation function, are up next morning fasting venous blood test results. All data were analyzed statistically: the measurement data were expressed with mean standard deviation(-X±s),and T test was used. The constituent ratio and enumeration data were compared with x2 test and whether CTO lesion was the dependent variable.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed. The risk factors and related test values were independent variables,P<0.05 was statistically significant. Results:The level of Cys C in young CTO group was significantly higher than that in control group.Logistic regression analysis showed that cystatin C was a risk factor in young CTO group(OR13.3,P<0.05).ROC curve analysis: when the Cys C cut-off point was 0.985,the sensitivity and specificity of Cys C in predicting young CTO lesions were 53.1% and 81.7%.Conclusion: Cystatin C has a positive correlation with the prevalence of young CTO,and cystatin C has a predictive value for young CTO lesions...
