Objective: To analysis UNC5 D gene structure,conservation,transcriptional regulation,epigenetic inheritance,clinical parameters and signal pathway enrichment analysis of co-expression genes of UNC5 D in RCCC,so as to provide a reference on detection and treatment of UNC5 D in cancer.Methods: The sequences,transcriptional regulation,epigenetic inheritance of UNC5 D were analyzed with UCSC.Clinical parameters of RCCC patients were obtained from TCGA and Calculated by SPSS.Co-expression genes were obtained from cBioPortal and analysis by DAVID.Result: Human UNC5 D gene is located at 8p12,and its upstream and downstream adjacent tumor suppressor genes.UNC5 D gene sequences are highly conserved in mammals,and several transcripts may translate different proteins.UNC5 D gene is mainly expressed in adult nervous system and genitourinary system,and its expression in many kinds of tumors shows a downward trend.The decrease of UNC5 D gene expression may be related to the hypermethylation level of promoter region.The expression of UNC5 D also makes significant differences on patients' survival and clinical related parameters in RCCC.KEGG enrichment analysis of signal pathway of UNC5 D Co-expressed gene set is mainly concentrate on metabolism and inflammation pathways in RCCC.Conclusion: UNC5 D may exercise its biological function as a tumor suppressor in a variety of cancers,especially in renal cancer.
