Objective:To explore the relationship between common biochemical indexes and clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma, and to assist in the evaluation and clinical decision of endometrial cancer. Methods : Retrospectively analyzition in August 2016 to August 2016 in China medical university shengjing hospital affiliated with endometrial cancer staging surgery patients, the clinical data of 428 cases collected in patients with preoperative CA125,neutrophils/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),D-dimer indicators, such as on endometrial pathological staging, degree of differentiation, muscular infiltration depth, whether involving the cervix, and presence of lymph node metastasis group, two sample variables the Mann-Whitney U test, variety of this variable to use Kruskal-Wallis single factor variance analysis. Results:The mann-whitney U test showed that NLR and d-dimer were compared with patients with different muscle infiltration depth.CA125,NLR and d-dimer were compared in patients with lymph node metastasis. The differences of CA125,NLR,PLR and d-dimer in patients with cervical canal accumulation were statistically significant.Kruskal-wallis single-factor variance analysis showed that CA125,NLR,PLR,d-dimer were compared with different pathological stages. The difference of Ddimer was statistically significant for patients with different degrees of differentiation.Conclusion:CA125,NLR,PLR,D-dimer and endometrial cancer has certain clinical features, routine biochemical indicators will be judging the severity of disease in patients with endometrial carcinoma and preoperative evaluation of i mportant indicators.
