Objective:Retrospective analysis of women with familial breast cancer and sporadic breast cancer clinical pathology related indicators,it aims to explore the clinical and pathological features of familial breast cancer and sporadic breast cancer patients, reveal unique clinical pathology and molecular biological characteristics of familial breast cancer, provide a theoretical basis for the future guidance of women with breast cancer clinical individual therapy, to provide a reference for further study of familial breast cancer genetic susceptibility factors.Methods:First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University of gastrointestinal glands surgical hospital from June 2013 to March 2015 period concurrent surgery and postoperative patients with pathologically confirmed 722 cases of breast cancer. Through telephone surveys, the patient returned to the hospital review, ways to read medical records or files were followed up. According to a family without relatives or second-degree relatives in at least one case of breast cancer patients will be divided into familial breast cancer and non-familial breast cancer. According to the cases included in the formulation of criteria and exclusion criteria, finally,patients with positive family history of breast cancer screening in line with the requirements of 43 cases, with no history of breast cancer patients with 402 cases. The situation clinicopathological parameters in both groups of patients, relapse and metastasis using χ2 test univariate analysis, in terms of clinical and pathological features, molecular biological behavior of familial breast cancer and non-familial breast cancer patients were analyzed and compared.Results:Familial breast cancer accounts for 5.9% over the same period of breast cancer patients. Familial breast cancer patients in stage III histological grade proportion (37.2%) was significantly higher than that in sporadic breast cancer patients (22.6%), and there are significant differences between the two groups (χ2=4.517,.P=0.034); familial breast cancer patients with ER negative expression rate (39.5%) higher than in sporadic breast cancer patients (25.4%), and there are significant differences between the two groups (χ2=3.977, P= 0.046); but in the age distribution of the two groups (χ2=0.149, P=0.928), nationality (χ2=0.167, P=0.683), BMI (χ2=3.075, P=0.380), menopausal status (χ2=0.722, P=0.396), tumor size (χ2=3.864, P=0.145), pathological type (χ2= 2.917,P=0.176), clinical stage (χ2=1.267, P=0.531), axillary lymph node metastasis rate (χ2=0.734, P=0.392), were not statistically significant; in the PR (χ2=0.142, P=0.706), HER-2 (χ2=2.053, P=0.358), Ki-67 (χ2=0.070, P=0.791) on the expression and breast cancer molecular subtypes (χ2=1.129, P=0.770) and no significant difference in terms of; and there is a family history of breast cancer patients in the short-term follow-up after a tentative time of recurrence, metastasis, the overall proportion of deaths (14.0%) than those without a family history of breast cancer patients (4.5%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=5.105, P=0.024).Conclusion:1.The incidence of familial breast cancer in Guangxi region is lower than in some areas of foreign and domestic,To compared with sporadic breast cancer there are some differences in the clinical and pathological features, It requires a further exploration with genes.2. Compared with sporadic breast cancer, familial breast cancer patients in the region histological grade level Ⅲ proportion is high,and there are significant differences, suggesting that family history factors may be poorly differentiated tumor tissue, a high degree of malignancy, poor prognosis, need to be a further study.3. Familial breast cancer ER negative expression rate in the region is higher than sporadic breast cancer, may indicate familial breast cancer is not good about molecular biological behavior and not sensitive to endocrine therapy, we need to take a more aggressive systemic therapy.4. Familial breast cancer may be worse prognosis, that we need to continue to find valuable clinical and pathological indicators in the future, indicators for different patients individualized treatment.
