Objective: Comparative study of short-term efficacy of knee joint prosthesis and knee joint prosthesis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with TM platform.Methods: Sixty-seven patients who underwent knee arthroplasty between January 2015 and January 2018 were selected and the prosthesis type was randomly used before surgery.Patients were divided into a biotype group and a bone cement group by randomization.All patients were followed up.Biopsy(TM)prostheses were used in 32(47.7%)patients and cemented prostheses were used in 35(52.2%)patients.A comparison was made between the patient's knee flexion angle,AKS American Knee Association score,postoperative imaging examination,hemoglobin content,satisfaction level,and postoperative complications.Results: 3,6,12 months after the clinic and telephone follow-up,followed by an annual follow-up.All patients were followed up.1.AKS score: There was no significant difference between preoperative and postoperative one year(P> 0.05).Preoperative and postoperative knee joint flexion angle: preoperative and postoperative one year difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05)3.preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin levels: the two groups of patients before and after the hemoglobin content Statistical difference(P> 0.05).4.There was no significant difference between the two groups(93.75% postoperatively)in the biological group and 91.42% postoperatively in the cement group(P> 0.05).5.The incidence of various complications are low.6.Postoperative radiographs of both groups showed that the prosthesis alignment was good.Conclusion: As for the immediate postoperative effect,the short-term curative effect after bioprosthetic replacement is not significantly different from that of cement-fixed prosthesis replacement.It also shows excellent results after surgery.
