Objective: Intraluminal thrombus(ILT)plays an important role in the dilatation and rupture of abdominal aortic aneurysm.Hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia patients have high incidence for cardiovascular diseases such as vascular embolism, and we are going to explore their relationship with ILT to provide a new research direction to the prevention and treatment for abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods:.The patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm treated in the first affiliated Hospital of China Medical University from July 2014 to October 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The abdominal aortic aneurysm were definitely diagnosed by aortic CTA.Excluding traumatic abdominal aortic aneurysm, pseudoaneurysm, syphilitic abdominal aortic aneurysm, anticoagulant drugs or steroid drugs users, and suffering from acute thrombotic disease in 3 months, there were 151 people.Statistical methods were used to analyze the related factors of thrombus in abdominal aortic aneurysm.Result: TG concentration in thrombus group was significantly higher than that in non thrombus group(1.76±1.70 mmol/L in thrombus group;1.30±0.56 mmol/L in non thrombus group). The thickness of ILT in the diabetic group was thinner than in the non-diabetic group(diabetic group: 4.93 ±1.52mm;non-diabetic group: 6.93±3.91mm);The diameter of AAA in the thin ILT group was significantly smaller than thick ILT group(p<0.05);The incidence of DM and the level of FBG in the thin ILT group was higher than that in the thick ILT group. The concentrations of TC and LDL-C were lower than those in thick ILT group(p<0.05).Multiple regression analysis showed that there was a negative relationship between sex(normalized coefficient β=-0.152,P=0.047)and ILT thickness, and a positive relationship between the AAA diameter(normalized coefficient β=0.446 P < 0.001),the LDL-C concentration(normalized coefficient β=0.190,p=0.013)and ILT thickness.Correlation analysis showed that the thickness of ILT was positively correlated with LDL-C(Correlation coefficient r = 0.193,P=0.027).Conclusion: Hyperlipidemia is a risk factor for the production and development of ILT,the effect of hyperglycemia and diabetes on ILT still needs to make further efforts to understand. The research on ILT still needs to be carried out more deeply.
