| Objective:To understand the research status of management of operation room information at home and abroad.To propose the information management system based on Internet of things technology,for supplying reference and evaluation tools for the application of Internet of things technology in the management in operation room.Methods: Through studying the application status of Internet of things structure and technology in the management of operation room via medical literature,and analyseing the evaluation indicator of high frequency of usage about the evaluation of informatization level.We had Established initial evaluation indicator system considering workflow of operation room;filtering the indicator and establish the final evaluation indicator system by analyzing the statistics and results of two rounds of Delphi questionnaires which had confirmed the index weight by using analytic hierarchy process,and tested the index reliability by using the Krone Bach coefficient;processed data by using SPSS21.0 andExcel.Results: 1.Based on Internet of things technology,the construction of operation room information can be divided into four parts: collect of data opposite to perspection;transfer of information opposite to Internet;application of data and display of service opposite to applications.2.The rates of questionnaired recovery and experts’ positivity are 100%.There is a high authority.(the coefficient of their authority in two rounds of questionnaires: 0.857,0.859).The experts have high coordination.(the coefficient of their coordination in two rounds of questionnaires: 0.566,0.516,0.479,0.615,0.589,0.546).In all,the results of experts consultation has high reliability.3.The evaluation indicator system of operation room information based on Internet of things technology was finally established,which includes 3 first level indicators,9 second level indicators,25 third level indicators.The weight value of first level indicators ranks as the follow: Personnel informatization 0.4934,Articles informatization 0.3108,environment informatization 0.1958.When the coefficient of opinion variation of experts in two rounds of consultation reduces,the coefficient of coordination grows and the degree of concentration of opinions increases,then it indicates that the filter of indicator is scientific.Conclusion:.An evaluation system for the Internet of things in the operating room has been established. |
