With the change of spectrum and comprehensive coverage of medical insurance,population aging,disease in our country,residents of the health service demand of the rapid growth of medical institutions,leading to continuous expansion of the scale,the practitioners of the medical institutions are overworked,the phenomenon of occupation burnout is more serious.At present,the medical institutions in Q inhuangdao also exist this problem,burnout is considered to affect medical quality and safety of one of the important intermediary factors,therefore,the intervention of job burnout is imminent.The thesis mainly studies four aspects.First of all,the basic theories and methods of job burnout and intervention are studied,the core concepts are defined,and the intervention methods and evaluation methods at home and abroad are analyzed.Secondly,we investigated the job burnout among employees in Q inhuangdao First Hospital,seaport hospital and military hospital,and analyzed the status of job burnout among employees in different positions.Thirdly,the factors that affect job burnout are analyzed from three aspects of demographic variables,occupational factors and role conflicts.Finally,has carried on the exploration to the individual level and organizational level interventions to reduce the occupation burnout,and provides a theo retical basis for the effective prevention of individual or reduce the occupation burnout,providing a sample for each institution to form their own interventions,so as to better reduce the job burnout of employees.This paper uses literature research met hod and survey method: using the literature research method to collect and analyze relevant information,determine the research task and the scope of the study;the status quo and problems of using the survey method to obtain the occupation burnout of employees in medical institutions of Qinhuangdao C ity,and put forward some suggestions and opinions.This paper first summarized comprehensively the occupation burnout of employees in medical institutions of Q inhuangdao C ity,the incidence rate and characteristics,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce burnout,which provides a reference for the improvement of different levels and different positions of the staff burnout,for the study of China's occupation burnout has a certain reference.The investigation and intervention on occupation burnout of employees in medical institutions of Q inhuangdao C ity,is conducive to precise management of medical institutions,to improve staff satisfaction and sense of accomplishment and a sense of belonging,is conducive to improve the quality and efficiency of medical services,and promote the harmonious development of the physician-patient relationship,to achieve the goal of promoting the new health care reform.
