| Objective:The thesis's object is to observe the effect of zhenwu Decoction in preventing and treating Chromic Renal Failure(CRF) of rat and to explore the mechanism in cellular and molecular level. To provide experiment evidence for clinical medicine and selecting a more effect prescription for medicine in preventing and treating chronic renal Failure ,and provide to draw lessons from the decoction of the ancient times that cures modern people. Method: To divide32 healthy SD rats into four teams at random, which is the commom team, the model team ,the contrast team and the cured team. The rats are male and female half and half in each group.The common team is was fed with normal saline in the morning and in the afternoon twice a day,.The model team , the contrast team and the cured team is fed with 3% adenine every morning from the first day of the experiment. Every afternoon during the experiment,the model team is fed with salt normal salin.,the contrast team is fed with Niaoduqing, the cured team is fed with Suplemented Zhenwu decoction. At the same time, to observe every rat of their psychosises,appearances, statuses of defecate and the weight. The experiment lasts 28 days. The 24h-urine albumen test and routine blood test were conducted, and electrolytes, CO2-CP, Scr, BUN, UA, NO, SOD, Hb (hemoglobin), RBC and TNF-a were detected after 28 days. In the end,kill the rats and get their kidney and observe their difference Result: First,after the body symptom and organization the pathology status of the rats in the cured team and the contrast team were improved.And the rats in the cured are better.second, The decoction of the cured team and the contrast team can improve SOD,rectify the electrolyte messes, lower 24h-urine albumen ,Scr,BUN,NO,TNF-a etc. aspect, compare with that of the model team to all has already shown obvious difference (p<0.01 or p<0.05).And curative effect of the cured team is better than that of the contrast team. |
