To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Yanggan Yishen Decoction In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Knee Osteoarthritis

Objectives To observe the clinical efficacy of Shugan Yishen Decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,clarify the advantages of Shugan Yishen Decoction in treating this disease,provide evidence-based evidence for it,and try to explore the mechanism of this prescription in treating this disease.Methods After two groups of treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS score(resting pain,exercise pain)and WOMAC function score between the two groups(P<0.05).The indexes of blood in the two groups(ESR,hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8,IL-1 beta)were improved in both before and after the treatment,but the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were 97.14% and 94.29%,respectively.There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups.The treatment group and the control group in the safety index(liver function,renal function)two routine examination,the treatment group did not appear abnormal,and the control group had 1 cases of mILd liver dysfunction patients.Results After treatment in two groups,there was a significant difference between the VAS scores(resting pain,motor pain)and WOMAC score group(P<0.05).The indexes of blood in the two groups(ESR,hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8,IL-1?)were statistically different between the two groups before and after the treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 94.29% and 74.29% respectively.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.In the treatment group and the control group.In the two routine examination of the safety index(liver function and renal function)in the treatment group and the control group,there was no abnormality in the treatment group,wh ILe 1 cases in the control group had m ILd liver dysfunction.Conclusions Yanggan Yishen Decoction has good clinical efficacy for the treatment of liver and kidney deficiency type knee osteoarthritis;Compared with the Chinese traditional medicine Xianling Gu Bao capsule.Nourishing the liver and nourishing the kidney can alleviate the joint pain of the patients with knee osteoarthritis of the liver and kidney deficiency,improve the function of the knee joint,improve the quality of life,and have the characteristics of high safety.In the experiment,the liver nourishing Yishen recipe can significantly reduce the level of inflammation in the patient's body.Compared with the control group,the effect of nourishing liver Yishen Recipe on the osteoarthritis of the knee joint is preliminar ILy explored,and it can reduce the level of inflammation in the patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint.
