Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Male Infertility With Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Obstruction By Yishen Huatan Recipe

Purpose: To observe and evaluate the effect of using Yishen Huatan Decoction for 12 weeks in obese male infertility patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction.And explore the effect of this prescription on semen routine parameters,male reproductive hormones and blood lipids.Optimize the TCM treatment plan for obese male infertility patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction.Material and method:A collection of first-time patients who came to the Andrology Clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2020.Patients with kidney deficiency and sputum obstruction were identified and 70 cases of obese male infertility were selected according to the inclusion criteria.Patients with symptoms were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in both groups.The observation group was given Yishen Huatan Decoction,and the control group was given Huan Shao Capsule for treatment.One treatment course was 12 weeks,and both groups were treated and observed for one course.Among them,check laboratory indicators every 4 weeks,including normal sperm morphology and main parameters of semen quality,and increase blood lipids,reproductive hormones and sperm DNA integrity tests before and after 12 weeks of treatment,enter and analyze their semen volume,sperm concentration,and sperm Observation indicators such as quantity,sperm motility,normal sperm morphology,nuclear protein group conversion,reproductive hormone levels,blood lipids and scores of changes in TCM clinical symptoms.Finally,use spss26 software to perform statistical analysis on the collected data,and evaluate its clinical efficacy based on the results,so as to reach a conclusion.Results:There were 33 control and 34 observation groups in this clinical study,A total of67 patients completed a 12-week clinical study.After 12 weeks of follow-up,The follow-up rate was 80.60%,Statistical results,Observation group spouse pregnancy 5,The pregnancy rate was 14.71 per cent,The control group had 2 pregnancies,The pregnancy rate was 6.06.Before and after treatment: the two groups before and after 12 weeks of treatment compared with 12 weeks of semen main parameters,sperm nucleoprotein group transformation and TCM clinical symptoms score,All had significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of reproductive hormone(T?E2?PRL?LH?FSH),blood lipid(serum triglyceride,total cholesterol)levels between the two groups before and after 12 weeks of treatment,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Intergroup control: the main parameters of semen after12 weeks of treatment,the transformation of sperm nucleoprotein group and the clinical symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,All observed significant differences(P<0.05),The observation group was better than the control group.Conclusion:Both Yishen Huatan Decoction and Huan Shao Capsule have certain curative effects in the treatment of obese male infertility patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction,and the effective time of Yishen Huatan Decoction is earlier than Huan Shao Capsule,and Yishen Huatan Decoction is better than Huatan Capsule.Under the treatment of Yishen Huatan Decoction,the semen quality parameters of obese male infertility patients with kidney deficiency and phlegm obstruction were significantly improved,reaching the normal range,and the clinical symptoms were significantly improved.
