The Design Of Community Medical Health Archives Information System Based On MVC Model

With the rapid development of social economy,people put forward higher requirements on the quality of the life and health.Current status of community health far can’t effectively meet the digital and normative management of the health information of the community residents.The development of community health care is an urgent need to establish a set of applicable health information sharing system,to record the basic health of community residents.Through the information means,the integration of medical and health resources can be promoted;the unreasonable growth of medical treatment charge,can be controlled;medical errors can be reduced;it also can let the residents get more high quality and efficient medical and health services.The main content of the research is the process of the application of information technology to the design of community medical health archive information system.Firstly,based on the collation and research of current literature,this paper summarizes relevant research status at home and abroad and analyzes its research viewpoints.Secondly the system development of related concepts are defined,and this study elaborates the development of technology,and the system mainly adopts B/S architecture and MVC design mode,using C language and JAVA language for system programming,using SQL Server2008 database;And again,the functions,business and role requirements of the system are analyzed,and the data storage,network architecture and specific functions of the system are designed.The system management,residents information management,family health information management,health archive management and data dictionary maintenance and system database are respectively designed in detail.Finally,the system’s sub-function modules are programmed and the database multi-table linkage is realized,and various functional modules are tested.The test results show that the system function meets the design requirements.The information system of community medical health file was constructed,and the information management and medical health data sharing of community health records were realized.By electronic health records information of data mining,it can carry on the intervention and control to the chronic diseases and diseases of the elderly,and the related disease prevention.It is significant to optimize residents medical treatment process,and improve the residents’ medical experience,and improve the quality of medical services and the health level of residents.
