The Institutional Origin Of Lagging Medical Information Construction In Local Hospital

The current efficiency of public medical services is low,it is difficult to meet the growing demand for medical services and the high requirements for the quality of medical services,the integration of information and medical services,and the improvement of medical service and the improvement of efficiency by information technology are pressing in the eyebrow.At present,the country promote the construction of health information,design the "13th Five-Year" health plan,put forward the "Internet plus medical" strategy,meet the needs of the people,respond to social concerns,so that to improve the medical treatment process and the environment,and improve the hospital administration efficiency,promote the development of public health.This paper takes institutional theory as the research perspective and theoretical basis,summarizes the research of system theory,reviews the literature of medical information construction,including the status of medical information construction,the model of medical information construction and the expectation of the research,explores and introduces the research hot spots and development trends of the health information construction.Based on the investigation and interview,taking Y hospital as a case,this paper discusses the problems of the medical information construction,include the lack of information construction rules and regulations,the lack of professional talents,the lack of knowledge and the difficulty of sharing medical data.Based on this,we introduce the system theory to construct the analysis mechanism framework,and then analyze the causes of these problem,find that the reasons are the absence of compulsory mechanism,the imitative mechanism of the imitative mechanism and so on.According to the analysis of the existing problems and reasons,this paper believes that information legislation should be strengthened,cultivate public cognitive standards,improve the system of personnel training,build a platform for communication and interaction.So as to improve and promote the construction of medical information and promote the development of public health.Confined to individual ability,In the process of medical information construction,the analysis of the impact of external institutional environment on the hospital itself is still incomplete and in-depth.At the same time,because of the imbalance of social and economic development in China,what is the development model of medical information which fits the reality of the southwest region,this is a research issue that needs to be deepened.
