Objectives To investigate the association between white cell count,RBC count and Platelet Parameters in diabetic microangiopathy. Methods Select 268 cases of patients with Type2 Diabetes who were treated in North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital between november2016 and november2017,including male 138 and female 130,age range from 30 to 70.The patients were divided into simple T2DM131 cases(including males75 and females56,age 48.588±14.738)and diabetic microangiopthy137cases(including male 63 and female 74,age 60.271±10.503)according to whether or not with microvascular complications.General information and blood index which may associated with microvascular complications were collected. The data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 statistical software, measured data are expressed as(mean ± standard deviation),the two groups were compared by independent sample t-test,count data is expressed as number of cases(n)and percentage(%),the two groups were compared by independent sample t-test,Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of diabetic microangiopathy, set P<0.05 indicated the difference of statistically significance. Results 1 The age, duration of diabetes,WBC,RBC,LDL,PLT,PDW,MPV,TC were significantly different between diabetic microangiopthy group and simple diabetic group(P < 0.05).The levels of WBC,PDW,and MPV were higher than those in the control group,The levels of RBC and PLT in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group,The levels of LDL and TC in the case group were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in HDL,TG,and Hb A1 c between the two groups.2 Logistic regression analysis hints that high WBC levels(OR=3.175),low PLT levels(OR=2.915),high PDW levels(OR=3.314),and low RBC levels(OR=1.743)have a high risk of diabetic microangiopathy. Conclusions The levels of WBC,MPV,PDW in patients with diabetic microangiopathy were significantly increased than those in simple diabetic group, and the RBC and PLT in patients with diabetic microangiopathy were significantly decreased than those in simple diabetic group.
